Time Poetries out on NEOS Music
This beauty is finally out. One of my best works to date, released by NEOS Music GmbH. A superlative performance by Drumming GP and João Dias recorded and mixed by the great Mário Barreiros and Juan David Sierra and available in several formats: Vinyl, CD, streaming (including Dolby ATMOS), and on Bandcamp. With liner notes by Lukas Ligeti, António Pinho Vargas and yours truly, and an amazing painting by Alberto Péssimo. The sophisticated design of the cover is by the amazing koiastudio, and with a beautiful stanza by Regina Guimarães stating that “It will be no longer possible to spare or waste time when music and memory reverse the course of eternity.”
Time Poetries is about time and how our perception of it can be manipulated through musical discourse.
